Art. 4 B. Verfahren
1 Das schriftliche Gesuch ist an das Bevölkerungsamt zu richten und muss den Vorgaben von Art. 5 Abs. 2 DSV entsprechen. 2 Wird die Bekanntgabe von Daten von weiteren Datenliefernden verlangt, ist im Gesuch zusätzlich darzulegen, gestützt auf welche Rechtsgrundlagen der einschlägigen Fachgesetzgebung die Datenbekanntgabe erfolgen kann.
