Art. 4 Pensionen
Voraussetzung für die Gewährung einer erhöhten Ausnützungsziffer sind die gewerberechtliche Bewilligung für das Führen eines Beherbergungsbetriebes sowie die Vorlage eines Projekts samt Betriebskonzept, das einen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb langfristig erwarten lässt.
