§ 6². Määruse rakendamine
Hariliku tomati paljundus- ja istutusmaterjali, mille tarnija dokumendile või tootekirjeldusele on märgitud ladinakeelne taimeliigi nimi Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. või Lycopersicon esculentum (Mill.) Karsten ex Farw., võib turustada kuni tarnija dokumentide või tootekirjelduste lõppemiseni.
