1 Sur préavis de la faculté concernée, la Direction prononce le renvoi, valant exmatriculation, de
l'étudiant qui, après avoir été averti par écrit, ne se présente pas aux examens, s'en retire à plusieurs
reprises ou y subit des échecs répétés.
2 Sauf circonstance nouvelle, le renvoi exclut toute nouvelle immatriculation à l'Université.
