§ 3. Teoste levitamine väljaspool spetsialiseeritud tegevuskohta
1) Pornograafilise sisuga ja vägivalda või julmust propageerivate teoste levitamisel väljaspool spetsialiseeritud tegevuskohta: 1) peab pakkumine olema korraldatud viisil, mis ei võimalda alaealisel teosega tutvuda; 2) ei tohi teoseid nähtavale kohale välja panna.
