(1) Alla kaheksateistaastasel isikul (edaspidi alaealine) on suitsetamine, tubakatoote ja tubakatootega sarnaselt kasutatava toote tarvitamine keelatud. (2) Alaealisel on keelatud viibida suitsetamisruumis.
