Übergangsbestimmung 1 Die Übergangsbestimmungen der Artikel 404 ff. ZPO sind sinngemäss auf das kantonale Recht anwendbar. 2 Allgemeine Verbote (Rechtbote), die vor dem 1. Januar 2011 gestützt auf die früheren kantonalen Zivilprozessordnungen erlassen worden sind, gelten fortan als gerichtliche Verbote im Sinne der Artikel 258 ff. ZPO. Der Nachweis besseren Rechts bleibt nach wie vor vorbehalten. 3 Für die vor dem 1. Januar 2011 erlassenen Rechtbote gilt die neue Bussenandrohung von 2000 Franken gemäss Artikel 258 Absatz 1 ZPO nur, sofern diese vor Ort im Sinne von Artikel 259 ZPO signalisiert ist.
