Art. 4 System der Sorgfaltspflicht
1 Die Erstinverkehrbringer müssen ein System der Sorgfaltspflicht anwenden. 2 Das System der Sorgfaltspflicht beinhaltet die: a. Beschaffung von Informationen und von Dokumentationen (Art. 5); b. Durchführung einer Risikobewertung (Art. 6); c. Durchführung einer Risikominderung (Art. 7). 3 Die Erstinverkehrbringer müssen ihr System der Sorgfaltspflicht auf dem neuesten Stand halten und jährlich bewerten. Sie können ihr System und dessen Anwendung nach Artikel 10 von einer anerkannten Inspektionsstelle bewerten lassen.
