Fernteilnahme – Dauer der Gültigkeit 1 Die Parlamentsverordnung gilt für die gesamte Dauer der ausserordentlichen Lage im Sinne von Artikel 117 der Verfassung 9), sofern die Möglichkeit einer Fernteilnahme aufgrund der Umstände weiterhin gerechtfertigt ist. 2 Das Büro beurteilt regelmässig die Situation und beantragt dem Grossen Rat bei Bedarf, die Parlamentsverordnung aufzuheben.
