Verfahren – Elektronische Abstimmung 1 Es kann mit «Ja» oder «Nein» oder «Enthaltung» gestimmt werden. 2 Das elektronische Abstimmungssystem zählt und registriert die abgegebenen Stimmen. Welches Mitglied des Grossen Rates wie gestimmt hat, wird zusammen mit dem Gesamtergebnis der Abstimmung (Ja, Nein, Enthaltung) auf den Bildschirmen angezeigt. 3 Die Präsidentin oder der Präsident bestätigt das Gesamtergebnis der Abstimmung mündlich.
