§ 17. Ametiabi
(1) Haldusorgan annab käesolevas seaduses sätestatud alustel ja korras akti või sooritab toimingu oma pädevuse piires teise haldusorgani taotlusel selle haldusorgani ülesande täitmise toetamiseks (ametiabi). (2) Ametiabi sätteid ei kohaldata: 1) alluvussuhtele, 2) kui abi andmise kohustus on haldusorganile ette nähtud seadusega.
