Art. 8 Weiterbildungsorganisationen
Die Weiterbildungsorganisationen liefern dem BAG die Daten nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a–d sowie f und g: a. zu den Inhaberinnen und Inhabern eines als eidgenössisch geltenden Weiterbildungstitels in Psychotherapie nach Artikel 49 Absätze 1 und 2 PsyG; b. zu den Inhaberinnen und Inhabern eines eidgenössischen Weiterbildungstitels in den Fachgebieten nach Artikel 8 PsyG.
