Art. 3
1 Für die Bereitstellung des Kehrichts für die ordentliche Abfuhr sind folgende Gebinde zulässig: - zugelassene Kehrichtsäcke (AVAG-Säcke und handelsübliche Säcke mit AVAG-Gebührenmarke) mit einem Maximalgewicht von 16 kg,1 - Container mit max. 800 Liter Inhalt, die zugelassene Kehrichtsäcke enthalten, - gebührenpflichtige, CH-normierte Container mit max. 800 Liter Inhalt für die Entsorgung des Kehrichts von Industrie-, Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungsbetrieben (Gewerbecontainer), - Unterflurcontainer, - Grosscontainer (Presscontainer, WELAKI-Mulden, Abrollcontainer etc.), - Sperrgutbündel mit AVAG-Gebührenmarke.1 2 Gebührenpflichtige Container sind zusätzlich mit dem Datenträger (Chip) der Stadt Thun auszurüsten. 3 Die Eigentümer sind für die Funktionsfähigkeit und Sauberkeit der Gebinde besorgt. 4 Die Anschaffung und Ausrüstung der Kehrichtgebinde ist Sache der Inhaberinnen und Inhaber von Abfällen.
