§ 1a Begriffsbestimmungen
(1) Heißluftballone und Heißluft-Luftschiffe werden nachstehend als Ballone und als Luftschiffe bezeichnet. (2) Betriebsstoffe sind alle nach Betriebsanweisung erforderlichen Mittel wie Brenngas, Kraftstoff sowie gegebenenfalls weitere erforderliche Mittel. (3) Als unmittelbare Nähe zum Start- und Landeplatz wird ein horizontaler Abstand von 500 Meter angesehen.
