§ 6a Wägung (zu § 10 LuftBO)
Die Wägung eines Ballons oder Luftschiffs ist durchzuführen 1. in Verbindung mit der ersten Nachprüfung zum Zweck der Verkehrszulassung 2. in den Fällen, in denen der Hersteller eine Wägung vorschreibt. Wenn die Masse verändert worden ist und die Daten rechnerisch mit hinreichender Genauigkeit festgestellt werden können, kann eine Wägung entfallen. 1. nach einer Grund- oder Teilüberholung, 2. nach einer großen Änderung oder großen Reparatur.
