Der Grosse Rat kann dem Regierungsrat Aufträge erteilen. Das Gesetz regelt die Einzelheiten, insbesondere die Instrumente, mit welchen der Grosse Rat auf den Zuständigkeitsbereich des Regierungsrates einwirken kann. Angenommen in der Volksabstimmung vom 28. Febr. 2016, in Kraft seit 29. Febr. 2016. Gewährleistungsbeschluss vom 12. Juni 2017 (BBl 2017 4419 Art. 1 1499).
