1 Bezahlte Ersatzabgaben werden unverzinst zurückerstattet, wenn fehlende Parkplätze innert fünf Jahren nach Befreiung von der Erstelngspflicht nachträglich erstellt werden. Rückerstattung von Ersatzabgaben lu 2 Das Rückerstattungsbegehren ist mit dem Baugesuch für die nachträgliche Erstellung der Parkplätze, spätestens innerhalb der Frist gemäss Abs. 1, einzureichen.
