§ 13 Überleitung der Beamtinnen und Beamten
Die Beurlaubung der Beamtinnen und Beamten, die im Rahmen eines privatrechtlichen Arbeitsverhältnisses für den Bundes-Pensions-Service für Post und Telekommunikation e. V. tätig sind, ist aufgehoben. Soweit sie Beamtinnen und Beamte des Bundes sind, werden sie auf die Bundesanstalt übergeleitet. Ein nach § 12 Absatz 1 übergeleitetes Arbeitsverhältnis der Beamtinnen und Beamten zur Bundesanstalt erlischt.
