§ 5. Ameti eelarve
(1) Ameti kulud kaetakse riigieelarvest. Ameti eelarve kinnitab, seda muudab ja eelarve täitmist kontrollib minister. (2) Lisaks riigieelarvele finantseeritakse ametit ka Maailma Intellektuaalomandi Organisatsiooni, Euroopa Patendiorganisatsiooni ja Euroopa Liidu Intellektuaalomandi Ameti sihtotstarbelistest vahenditest. (3)
