Für den Antrag auf Errichtung eines neuen Patentes (Art. 25, 27 Abs. 3 oder 30 Abs. 2 PatG) gelten die für Anmeldungen anwendbaren Bestimmungen; vorbehalten bleiben die Artikel 101 und 102.
