Art. 111c Informations- und Notifikationspflicht des IGE

1 Ist das begünstigte Land Mitglied der WTO, so teilt das IGE dem TRIPS-Rat die Erteilung einer Lizenz nach Artikel 40d PatG mit. Die Mitteilung muss folgende Angaben enthalten: a. Name und Adresse des Lizenzinhabers; b. Name der pharmazeutischen Produkte, für welche die Lizenz erteilt worden ist; c. Produktions- und Liefermengen; d. begünstigte Länder; e. Dauer der Lizenz; f. Internetadresse (Art. 111b). 2 Ist das begünstigte Land nicht Mitglied der WTO, so publiziert das IGE die Angaben nach Absatz 1 auf seiner Internetsite. 3 Die Gerichte stellen dem IGE die zur Erfüllung dieser Informations- und Notifikationspflicht notwendigen Angaben zu.
