Art. 114 Geltungsbereich der Verordnung
1 Dieser Titel gilt für europäische Patentanmeldungen und europäische Patente, die für die Schweiz wirksam sind. 2 Die übrigen Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung gelten, soweit sich aus Artikel 109 PatG und diesem Titel nichts anderes ergibt.
