1 Das Aktenheft einer internationalen Anmeldung enthält zusätzlich zum Inhalt nach Artikel 89 den internationalen vorläufigen Prüfungsbericht. 2 Sobald die internationale Anmeldung in die nationale Phase eingetreten ist, steht das Aktenheft jedermann zur Einsichtnahme offen.
