1 Dieser Titel gilt für ergänzende Schutzzertifikate für Wirkstoffe oder Wirkstoffzusammensetzungen von Arzneimitteln (Zertifikate). 2 Wirkstoffe oder Wirkstoffzusammensetzungen werden in diesem Titel als Erzeugnisse bezeichnet. 3 Die übrigen Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung gelten, soweit im siebenten Titel PatG oder in diesem Titel nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
