1 Das Aktenheft des Zertifikats wird dem Aktenheft des Grundpatents beigefügt. 2 Es steht jedermann zur Einsicht offen. 3 Das Zertifikat erhält die mit einem Zusatz versehene Nummer des Grundpatents. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 21. Sept. 2018, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2019 (AS 2018 3551).
