Art. 2 Einreichungsdatum bei Postsendungen
Als Einreichungsdatum gilt bei Postsendungen der Zeitpunkt, in dem eine Sendung der Schweizerischen Post zuhanden des IGE übergeben wird. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 2. Dez. 2016, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2017 (AS 2016 4837).
