Art. 31a Anspruchsgebühr
In jeder Anmeldung können zehn Patentansprüche gebührenfrei aufgestellt werden; für jeden weiteren Patentanspruch ist eine Anspruchsgebühr zu zahlen. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V vom 21. Mai 2008, in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2008 (AS 2008 2585).
