Der Widerruf, die unveränderte Aufrechterhaltung oder die Aufrechterhaltung des Patents in geändertem Umfang wird im Patentregister eingetragen und vom IGE veröffentlicht. Das IGE stellt dem Patentinhaber eine neue Patenturkunde zu.
