§ 104 Besetzung der Senate des Anwaltsgerichtshofes
Die Senate des Anwaltsgerichtshofes entscheiden in der Besetzung von fünf Mitgliedern einschließlich des Vorsitzenden, soweit nicht gesetzlich bestimmt ist, dass anstelle des Senats der Vorsitzende oder der Berichterstatter entscheidet. Als Beisitzer wirken zwei weitere anwaltliche Mitglieder und zwei Berufsrichter mit.
