§ 112h Verwendung gefälschter Berufsqualifikationsnachweise
Wird durch den Anwaltsgerichtshof oder den Bundesgerichtshof festgestellt, dass ein Rechtsanwalt bei einem Antrag auf Anerkennung seiner Berufsqualifikation nach der Richtlinie 2005/36/EG in der jeweils geltenden Fassung einen gefälschten Berufsqualifikationsnachweis verwendet hat, hat das Gericht seine Entscheidung spätestens am Tag nach dem Eintritt der Rechtskraft der Rechtsanwaltskammer zu übermitteln.
