§ 118f Verfahrenseintritt von Rechtsnachfolgern
Im Fall einer Rechtsnachfolge (§ 113b) treten Rechtsnachfolger der Berufsausübungsgesellschaft in diejenige Lage des anwaltsgerichtlichen Verfahrens ein, in der sich die Berufsausübungsgesellschaft zum Zeitpunkt des Wirksamwerdens der Rechtsnachfolge befunden hat.
