§ 161a Gegenständlich beschränktes Vertretungsverbot
(1) Sind dringende Gründe für die Annahme vorhanden, dass gegen ein Mitglied der Rechtsanwaltskammer auf eine Maßnahme nach § 114 Absatz 1 Nummer 4 oder Absatz 2 Nummer 4 erkannt werden wird, so kann gegen das Mitglied durch Beschluss ein vorläufiges Verbot, auf bestimmten Rechtsgebieten als Vertreter oder Beistand tätig zu werden, angeordnet werden. (2) § 150 Abs. 1 Satz 2, Abs. 2, 3, §§ 150a bis 154, § 155 Abs. 1, 3 bis 5, §§ 156 bis 160 sind entsprechend anzuwenden.
