(1) Die Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer erhebt von den Rechtsanwaltskammern Beiträge, die zur Deckung des persönlichen und sächlichen Bedarfs bestimmt sind. (2) Die Höhe der Beiträge wird von der Hauptversammlung festgesetzt. (3) Die Hauptversammlung kann einzelnen wirtschaftlich schwächeren Rechtsanwaltskammern Erleichterungen gewähren.
