§ 182 Wahlperiode und vorzeitiges Ausscheiden
(1) Die Mitglieder des Präsidiums werden auf vier Jahre gewählt. (2) Scheidet ein Mitglied vorzeitig aus, so wird für den Rest seiner Amtszeit ein neues Mitglied gewählt. (3) Ein Rechtsanwalt scheidet als Mitglied des Präsidiums vorzeitig aus, 1. wenn er nicht mehr Mitglied des Vorstandes einer Rechtsanwaltskammer ist; 2. wenn er sein Amt niederlegt. Der Rechtsanwalt hat die Erklärung, daß er das Amt niederlege, dem Präsidium gegenüber schriftlich abzugeben. Die Erklärung kann nicht widerrufen werden. (4) Die Mitgliedschaft im Präsidium ruht, solange die Mitgliedschaft im Vorstand einer Rechtsanwaltskammer ruht.
