§ 208 Landesrechtliche Beschränkungen der Parteivertretung und Beistandschaft
Ist durch Landesgesetz in Verfahren vor Schiedspersonen oder vor anderen Güte- oder Sühnestellen der Ausschluss von Bevollmächtigten oder Beiständen vorgesehen, so kann er auch auf Rechtsanwälte erstreckt werden. Auf Grund von landesrechtlichen Vorschriften können Rechtsanwälte nicht als Bevollmächtigte oder Beistände zurückgewiesen werden.
