§ 59k Rechtsdienstleistungsbefugnis
Berufsausübungsgesellschaften sind befugt, Rechtsdienstleistungen im Sinne des § 2 des Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetzes zu erbringen. Sie handeln durch ihre Gesellschafter und Vertreter, in deren Person die für die Erbringung von Rechtsdienstleistungen gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Voraussetzungen im Einzelfall vorliegen müssen.
