§ 62 Stellung der Rechtsanwaltskammer
(1) Die Rechtsanwaltskammer ist eine Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts. (2) Die Landesjustizverwaltung führt die Staatsaufsicht über die Rechtsanwaltskammer. Die Aufsicht beschränkt sich darauf, daß Gesetz und Satzung beachtet, insbesondere die der Rechtsanwaltskammer übertragenen Aufgaben erfüllt werden.
