§ 86 Einladung und Einberufungsfrist
Die Kammerversammlung ist mindestens zwei Wochen vorher durch schriftliche oder elektronische Einladung einzuberufen. Verfügt das Mitglied über eines der in § 37 Satz 1 oder 3 genannten Postfächer, so soll eine elektronische Einladung über dieses Postfach erfolgen. Bei der Fristberechnung sind der Tag der Versendung und der Tag der Versammlung nicht mitzuzählen. In dringenden Fällen kann die Kammerversammlung mit kürzerer Frist einberufen werden.
