(1) Bei der Einberufung der Kammerversammlung ist der Gegenstand, über den in der Kammerversammlung Beschluß gefaßt werden soll, anzugeben. (2) Über Gegenstände, deren Verhandlung nicht ordnungsmäßig angekündigt ist, dürfen keine Beschlüsse gefaßt werden.
