§ 92 Bildung des Anwaltsgerichts
(1) Für den Bezirk der Rechtsanwaltskammer wird ein Anwaltsgericht errichtet. Es hat seinen Sitz an demselben Ort wie die Rechtsanwaltskammer. (2) Bei dem Anwaltsgericht werden nach Bedarf mehrere Kammern gebildet. Die Zahl der Kammern bestimmt die Landesjustizverwaltung. Der Vorstand der Rechtsanwaltskammer ist vorher zu hören. (3) Die Aufsicht über das Anwaltsgericht führt die Landesjustizverwaltung.
