§ 2. Presidendi ametipalk
(1) Presidendi ametipalk määratakse kõrgemate riigiteenijate ametipalkade seadusega. (1¹) Kehtetu (2) Presidendi ametipalka makstakse ka Riigikogu esimehele presidendi ülesannetes. (3) Presidendi ametipalka makstakse presidendi volituste tekkimisest volituste lõppemiseni üks kord kuus.
