§ 3. Krediidi andmine
Krediidi andmine käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on võlaõigusseaduse § 401 lõigetes 1 ja 2 nimetatud krediidi andmine, tasuline maksetähtpäeva edasilükkamine, liising või muu abi finantseerimisel, sealhulgas krediidilepingute sõlmimine ja selleks vajalike toimingute tegemine oma nimel ja arvel.
