§ 65. Pankrot
(1) Krediidiandja või -vahendaja suhtes võib pankrotiavalduse esitada Finantsinspektsioon. (2) Tegutsev krediidiandja või -vahendaja teavitab võlgnikuna enda suhtes või võlausaldaja poolt krediidiandja või -vahendaja suhtes pankrotiavalduse esitamisest viivitamata Finantsinspektsiooni.
