§ 13 Anordnungen im Einzelfall
Die zuständige Behörde kann im Einzelfall die erforderlichen Anordnungen zur Durchführung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1013/2006, anderer unmittelbar geltender Vorschriften in Rechtsakten der Europäischen Gemeinschaft über die Verbringung von Abfällen, dieses Gesetzes und der auf Grund dieses Gesetzes erlassenen Rechtsverordnungen treffen. Sie kann insbesondere Anordnungen zur Erfüllung der Rücknahmeverpflichtung gemäß Artikel 22 oder 24, jeweils auch in Verbindung mit Artikel 35 Abs. 1, Artikel 37 Abs. 2 Unterabs. 2, Artikel 37 Abs. 3, Artikel 37 Abs. 5, Artikel 38 Abs. 1, Artikel 40 Abs. 3, Artikel 42 Abs. 1, Artikel 44 Abs. 1, Artikel 45 oder Artikel 46 Abs. 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1013/2006 und zur Sicherstellung gemäß Artikel 22 Abs. 9, Artikel 24 Abs. 7, Artikel 35 Abs. 6, auch in Verbindung mit Artikel 37 Abs. 2 Unterabs. 2 und Artikel 37 Abs. 5, Artikel 38 Abs. 7, Artikel 42 Abs. 5, auch in Verbindung mit Artikel 45, Artikel 47 und 48 Abs. 1, sowie Artikel 44 Abs. 5, auch in Verbindung mit Artikel 48 Abs. 2, der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1013/2006 sowie gemäß § 11 Abs. 5 treffen.
