Art. 110 Linienverkehr
1 Als Linienverkehr gelten Flüge zur gewerbsmässigen Beförderung von Personen oder Gütern, wenn:
a. sie während einer Mindestdauer so regelmässig oder häufig erfolgen, dass es sich erkennbar um eine systematische Folge von Flügen handelt; und
