§ 5 Konformitätsvermutung auf der Grundlage technischer Spezifikationen
Bei Produkten und Dienstleistungen, die den technischen Spezifikationen gemäß Artikel 15 Absatz 3 der Richtlinie (EU) 2019/882 oder Teilen davon entsprechen, wird vermutet, dass sie die Anforderungen der nach § 3 Absatz 2 zu erlassenden Rechtsverordnung erfüllen, soweit diese von den technischen Spezifikationen gemäß Artikel 15 Absatz 3 der Richtlinie (EU) 2019/882 oder Teilen dieser technischen Spezifikationen abgedeckt sind.
