§ 5b Harmonisierte Normen und technische Spezifikationen für andere Rechtsakte der Europäischen Union
Entsprechen die Merkmale, Bestandteile oder Funktionen von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, die nicht in den Anwendungsbereich dieses Gesetzes fallen, harmonisierten Normen und technischen Spezifikationen oder Teilen davon, die gemäß Artikel 15 der Richtlinie (EU) 2019/882 angenommen werden, so wird die Einhaltung von § 5a vermutet, soweit diese Normen und technischen Spezifikationen oder Teile davon die Barrierefreiheitsanforderungen dieses Gesetzes erfüllen.
§ 5b Harmonisierte Normen und technische Spezifikationen für andere Rechtsakte der Europäischen Union
