Art. 10 Mehrjähriger nationaler Kontrollplan
Das BLV erstellt gemeinsam mit dem Bundesamt für Landwirtschaft und nach Anhörung der kantonalen Vollzugsbehörden einen mehrjährigen nationalen Kontrollplan. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I 12 der V vom 4. Sept. 2013 (Reorganisation im Bereich Lebensmittelsicherheit und Veterinärwesen), in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2014 (AS 2013 3041).
