Personal 1 Die «Abwasser Uri» regelt die Beziehungen zu ihren Organen und ihren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern nach dem Zivilrecht. 2 Sie übernimmt, soweit möglich und zweckmässig, per 1. Januar 2010 das Personal der Gemeinden, das im Bereich der Abwasserentsorgung tätig ist. 3 Die «Abwasser Uri» gewährt ihrem Personal nach den Bestimmungen des Obligationenrechts (SR 220) beruflichen Vorsorgeschutz. 1.4 Gebühren
