Inkrafttreten 1 Diese Verordnung gilt nur, wenn das Kantonale Umweltgesetz in der Volksabstimmung angenommen wird2). Sie tritt zusammen mit diesem Gesetz in Kraft3). 1) Die Änderung wurde in den entsprechenden Erlass eingefügt. 2) Angenommen in der VA vom 11.
